concept: a tiny fat extremely polite vampire named Jazward who lives in the woods outside of a small town centered around witchcraft and three times a month the mayor of the town (a very tall and shiny witch named Evangwyn) calls down Jazward to feed on one of the prisoners on death row to spare them. Jazward is very nervous and spends hours getting to know the person before feeding and assures them that it will be as painless as possible. Jazward is very nervous and constantly sleepy; after their tri-monthly visits Evangwyn has to carry them back to her cottage so they can sleep before heading back to the woods. Evangwyn and Jazward are both aroace and have been best friends for a few centuries. Jazward is affectionately known as Jazz and Evangwyn is known as Evan. Jazward doesnt know what the gender binary is and nobody has bothered to explain it to them since the 16th century, since any and all explanation attempts are lost on them. Nobody knows how old Jazward really is (and honestly, they don't know either)
