15th-century Deesis icon with the Great Martyr Barbara and Saint Paraskevi of Iconium. It depicts Jesus Christ enthroned, with the Mother of God and John the Baptist on either side. Saints Barbara and Paraskevi are depicted behind them, with their hands raised in prayer. This beautiful antique Russian icon originates from the Church of Barbara in Pskov. It is now in the collection of the Novgorod State United Museum.
