Visual art and music have always been intertwined on my journey. When I first met with @gijoehitz back in 2011 with @breykingrecords I came equipped with collages of what I wanted my album to look like sonically. I was full of ideas, some of which are still coming to fruition to this very day. I have to think my destiny is already marked for greatness working with the likes of GI Joe while I was still just a baby in this process. I thank God that GI scrapped the first song we started working on titled "Testimony" and traded it for a HIT! "Screaming to be Free" has a music video with over 54,000 views on @youtube , it's been remixed and recorded at Bob Marley's Tuff Gong Studio, and will soon make its debut as a children's book. It seems the song has brought me full circle since I illustrated the children's book.
