The new building in Moudiano, Thessaloniki barely opened to the public and some putted graffiti on the building....
Like as a nation we have a thing with just ruining buildings with graffiti 😅 but the irony is that when they go abroad they follow the rules just fine, but when they come back to Greece they complain how organised it is to the rest of Europe, instead of here and they belittle Greece.
Yes dude it would be here sooo nice if here everything was much cleaner and organised...oh wait we can if we have stricter rules and people pay the price like throwing garbage etc. What you don't like it and complain that the government is hounda again?? Emm you wanted a better looking Greece we can't have both 🤷🏻♀️
It’s opening today I believe. Fortunately the building has already been restored. The incident you refer to happened mid-November. I actually don’t worry about Modiano a lot because the building will house 80 stores so I doubt they are going to let it get defaced. They are going to have cameras and perhaps guards. In fact, these vandals were recorded by the already functioning camera and the video was sent to the police. It was two young women 🙄 I believe they have or they should also coat the building with a layer of that anti-graffiti substance (is it paint???) which makes removing the graffiti much easier. It is lately used more and more. Perhaps we are reaching the end of the defacing era as we know it.
Same, I am extremely confused about the apparently vast numbers of vandals living in Greece. It’s crazy because I have never talked to a single one (1) person to partially understand or support such acts as long as the message is legit, regardless of political ideology. So who are all these people, for real?! I honestly think these are eternal teenagers with self importance syndrome, with little to no exposure to western countries (immature and/ or young idiotic people) or any positive opinion for them (political pseudo-activists, as extreme left and right wings both hate the “western capitalists”). I just hope those new anti-graffiti sprays will help weaken their attacks.
But yeah I hate these types of people you mention. “In Switzerland things are much better”, he said while throwing his cigarette out of the car window…. The level of hypocrisy…
