What Is Defeating The Odds?:

this is a blog that will take you on the adventure of a 15 year old girl and two OTTB's training. My name is Abigail, and I'd like to share this journey with you. Next spring these horses will be bred, and it's my job to make them respectful towards others, and also have some training in between. 

Why "Defeating The Odds"?:

Well not only is there a ton of disbelief that a thoroughbred can go on to a second career, but there has also been doubt that a 15 year old girl with no trainer can train two mares on her own. Im here to Defeat The Odds and show you the process.
