SCOTUS today took no action on the Trump’s administration request to review a lower court decisions that kept in place a program that protects some 800,000 undocumented immigrants
As a result of this decision, there are no changes to the Deferred Action Program at this time. USCIS will continue to accept and process renewal DACA applications, as well as initial DACA applications filed by individuals who have previously had DACA. However, USCIS will not consider first-time, initial applications or applications for advance parole based on a grant of DACA.
