Oh sure thing nonnie 😬😬 Let’s see…1. I’m currently studying physical therapy and I absolutely love it!2. I have 3 tattoos3. I love to read and sometimes I reread my favorite books (like Harry Potter) I start from the last one and then I go down so when I finish rereading them I don’t feel like it’s the end4. I have 2 dogs and I love them more than I love most of the people I know5. I studied communications for two years in Madrid but I didn’t really like living there so I came back to my home town6. This summer I had a serious health issue and I almost loose all of my sight so now I really appreciate some things I took for granted before7. I’ve never had a blog before and it’s easier for me to interact with people face to face but anyway I met some really great people here8. My favorite movie is Jurassic Park9. Sometimes I’m so loyal to people that I hurt myself trying to justify their actions10. Judging people

Today’s blog follows on from my quote yesterday by ‘Sting’ about ‘judging people.’

As a small child, I was continually being judged through my inabilities, rather than my abilities, for a lack of depth in my course work, and being bottom of the class. I never got past that.

At the end of the school year when report cards came out, walking through the school gates, they had already been opened, and discussed, with class grades compared, long before the reports got home.

You learn very quickly that when it happens to you, it’s wrong to do it to someone else. Luckily, I never doubted or thought myself stupid in school, but I knew deep down something was fundamentally wrong.

It never made sense why I was struggling to learn. Judging is wrong because the only person who knows the truth about your life and what you have to deal with, is you. Even if you don’t know the truth, you will stop at nothing to understand your life, what you deal with and to potentially prove your critics wrong.

The hardest part of being judged is that others don’t really know how it feels, but will form their opinions and judge anyway. Even if you’re not initially aware of what you later come to know, always believe in your intentions, and make sure they’re honourable.

Where people may have opinions about you, never doubt your intentions, if what you’re doing is honourable and it’s for the greater good. You can’t know and how things seem, aren’t how things really are. Simply put, it’s wrong to judge.
