I posted this on my FB page today because I was reflecting on my observations of events that are taking place globally in the business world and creative spaces. More so, thinking about how they have or are going to impact me in my entrepreneurial journey. 

I want to share this video from a TEDx talk called “The power of defining yourself”, it speaks to the very thing we as black creatives fight for every day. Whether you agree with me or not, if you deny there isn’t a gap because it does not affect you then you are not acknowledging the realities of this world.
