Ben survived Exegol. They both know he can’t go back to the reisitance base so Ben goes to Tattoine. Rey travels to bury the lightsabers and Ben greets her with a kiss and uttering a sentence that she had only heard in dreams. 

“I told you I would come back for you sweetheart.”
