Does anyone else remember that restaurant chain that was like a Canadian-themed steakhouse but it had animatronic talking moose heads on the wall and stuff? Bugaboo Creek? Haven’t thought of it in ages but it’s my brother’s birthday today and so my brain has dredged up the horrible birthday song they used to sing there (to avoid paying royalties on “Happy Birthday”). Anyway, there was a pop-up raccoon in a barrel and a talking Christmas tree in winter and kid me ducking loved it there. Only now realizing how weird it was as a restaurant
