I prayed to Athena for a good time in class today. I used my prayer beads in the hall and everything!!! I felt her presence in the hallway, and I am super grateful that she heard me 💙🦉

Hoping that class does indeed go well today, and if not, hoping that I'll at least have some peace back at my dorm :)

How to worship Athena when you practice in secret

I don't know about anyone else but I'm currently not able to buy anything or do much when it comes to my path because of it being a secret. Unfortunately there isn't much info on practicing when you have literally nothing, when you can't buy anything or when you are around people for most of the day.

For that reason I have put together this list or things that I have found so that you can worship Athena in secret.

Items/offerings

Crafts: Knitting, drawings, paintings, sewing, fine art, poetry, pottery {these could be stuff that you already enjoy.}

Pictures of: snakes, roosters, bulls, crows, owls {my family know I love animals so what I did was find some colouring pages of these animals and stick them on my wall along with some printed pictures}

Food: Olives, any kind of fruit

Others: Myrrh incense, perfume, metals (e.g. silver, steel) {for metal I'm guessing you could use rings or necklaces}, shield shaped items or shield art, wear bits of white, cream or gold

Activities that could be dedicated to Athena

The act of studying

The act of reading a new book

The act of challenging your brain to a new puzzle or game of skill (e.g. chess)

The act of learning a new skill (knitting or painting)

The act of being truthful

Meditate with Athena in your thoughts

How to celebrate Panathenaea

Listen to music, play an instrument, sing - based on during the event they had a musical contest

Do some sport or exercise - based on during the event they did athletic contests

Do some horse riding if you own a horse {please don’t steal a horse that isn’t yours} - based on during the even they held equestrian contests

I've gotten signs from hades, athena, persephone, apollo, and artemis. I want to be able to give offerings to make sure its them actually reacting out and learn more about the craft as well.
