Del headcannons since we know basically nothing about him

There needs to be more content for this man
He’s a rap god, that we know. But he can also sing
It’s cause he wants to. He loves the vibes. And his mom(s)
Was adopted by his mom when he was a baby. Her and her “friend” raised him (they were totally dating but it had to be kept secret for their safety and del’s)
Dream was to make it big and inspire people the way he was inspired.
He wanted to help people the way he was helped
Huge flirt. But once he was in a relationship he was in it 100%
His only commitment issue is that everyone else had commitment issues.
He does have a hard time opening up to people though.
Even though he has a lot of friends and is very extroverted, Russel is the only one who really knows him.
Him and Russel were the best of friends. Nothing could ever stop them from being friends
Del was leading How to play the keyboard and piano , cause why not.
He was in a relationship (with a girl) when he was killed. She never really got in contact with Russ but she wishes she did. She’s proud of hoe far Russ has come and wishes him the best. She’s never blamed him and only wishes she could’ve been there for him after the shooting.
When del became a ghost attached to Russ, he’d totally prank Russ all the time, with the help of noodle.
Him and noodle were an unstoppable team, a force to be reckoned with. He’s probably why she’s kinda chaotic
And why she’s stupid good at winning bets.
They’d make bets all the time (she’d sometimes steal Murdoc’s money to make a bet) (Murdoc never knew, figured he spent it on alcohol or when he was drunk)
Del did NOT like Murdoc at all. But he never bothered with him since he didn’t want to mess up Russ’ spot on the band.
Del would hang with 2D sometimes. 2D opened up to him a lot.
Del was a big reason Russ got any sleep at all. He’d force Russ to go to sleep and try to make sure he wouldn’t dream so he couldn’t have nightmares.
Del would protect Russ from any bad spirits or energies when he could. And when Russ did sleep he’d watch over him.
He’s not at rest. He’s still wondering around.
He usually sticks by his grave since he has no where else to go.
He doesn’t want to go to Russ, since he doesn’t want Russ’ healing to go to square one again.
Also he’s not entirely sure he can leave Brooklyn.
When he got taken from Russ he got knocked out and woke up at his grave so he doesn’t know the story.
He can travel around Brooklyn but hasn’t been able to go anywhere else.
Plays with little kids and animals, since they can see him
Sometimes someone who can see or sense him will come along and he’ll have great conversations with them.
He goes into people’s apartments to watch tv and stuff.
Forgets that he can’t eat constantly. Has always done this.
Tries to stay updated on Gorillaz and their latest music.
Found someone in Brooklyn who can communicate with him and is into Gorillaz, so that became very easy.
Loves Song Machine so much. He thinks it’s super dope
He’s so proud of Russ, Noodle, and 2D. He’s disappointed that Murdoc hasn’t changed and doesn’t believe he ever will.
His old girlfriend died recently, she ended up with a loving s/o and 3 kids, one adopted. She died from breast cancer. But she moved on and isn’t wondering the earth like del.
For some reason I think he played the flute.
Was totally in marching band.
And played basketball when he was bored.
