I just want my parents to support me in joining the Marines, band or not...
Hello
I enlisted in the Delayed Entry Program with the United States Marine Corps in mid September. I am here to answer any questions, and here for support. OOHRAH!!!!
saw this pretty sight after pt today, so I'd thought I'd share it with you guys. 😁🌈
legit just starting to realize how sore I’m going to be tomorrow because our PT was so insanely intense today. the entire RSS literally felt like we were about to die. 😩😂

U.S. Navy
If anyone in the Los Angeles (preferably near downtown LA) area is interested in joining the U.S. Navy and talking with a recruiter feel free to contact me :) Any other future sailors in DEP on here? I need more navy friends. I ship out to boot camp October 6 2015.
The closer I get to leaving the more I realize this is the hardest thing that I will probably ever do in my life & it makes me so excited & terrified at the same time. I won't get to see or hear from my boyfriend, I actually don't even have his address so that I can write him on his base while I'm in RTC & he still hasn't sent me the first email since he deployed, but hey, I'm sure he's super busy where ever he is. Hopefully he ports within the next 48 days so I can get a phone call. I'm sure he will dock pretty close to them considering he is on a 4 month deployment.
I did it
I swore into the delayed entry program. Within a year from now I'll be off to basic training and then indoc for pararescue training. I've never been so excited and so scared at the same time and it is awesome. 6 years of my life going to the air force, I'll be praying and relying on God for my strength to get through pararescue school. 90% of the trainees wash out; I know the only way I can make it is with God helping me. I'm 100% sure this is where He wants me, which is cool because I've never been able to say that before confidently, but it's such a daunting task it reminds me everyday that I'm relying on Him. Please pray for me guys, I'd greatly appreciate it.
