Handling a Missing Family Member

One of the hardest things to go through in life is losing a family member. Whether it’s from a death, them leaving, or simply them just never being there. There are a few things to help through it though. First is you have to accept that the person is gone, it’ll be hard to accept but you can’t blame yourself in anyway and you have to try to live on through it. Another is remember that life does go on, though it won’t seem to, try to enjoy the happy things in life again. Watch your favorite movie or try a new hobby. Enjoy the family members you have! Don’t blame others and don’t think they blame you. Just love those you have and enjoy your life together! I wanted to add something. Think about it this way, that might be gone, but you’ll be at they’re side one day. We are always here to talk if you need it! Let me know if you need anything else :)

Confidence

  In this century it could be hard to have confidence in yourself. You could be self concious about what others think of your body, your hair, your personality, any thing really. However, you shoudn't care about that. You need to be confident in yourself and in what you do. No matter what anyone says that shouldn't change.

Your Body

   When it comes to things like this, it is important to stay in control of your body. You shouldn't change for anyone else, and you shouldn't let anyone let you feel uncomfortable. It is your body, and you do what you want with it.  You control your body, how you feel, and what you do. Dont let other people effect that.

Whatever you decide to do with your body, make sure its for you and only you. Make sure that its what makes you comfortable and happy. You never want to change to please someone else. If you want to be fit and healthy, then that should be your choice. Never do something that makes everyone else happy, but you. You should always feel happy, free, and confident in your own skin.

When your happy and comfortable, don't be afraid to show it off a bit. Your happy with yourself, and you should be able to present that. Don't feel afraid to wear that swimsuit you want so badly, because it makes you happy and you like it. Don't be afraid of what other people will say about your weight, height, or anything else. Who are they to judge? 

Self Confidence

    People could be the most confident about their appearance, but that doesn't matter when you have no self esteem. Your personality is part of what makes you who you are. If you like sports or like math, then do what you enjoy despite what others think. 

Boost Your Confidence

   To help boost your confidence, you can write a list of things you like and dislike about yourself. Now tear up the dislikes and only look at the likes. Embrace those things. You can also look up to people who are happy, kind, and inspire you. Not bring you down. One last thing you can try, is to spend some time with people who love you for you, and don't want you to change or be just like them. 

       Yes, its true. This is better said then done. Its hard to complete and people will always struggle with confidence. Whats important is that you are alive and here today. And you have a heart, your breathing and living. That's what should matter. You should be happy and grateful for that. Live your life how you want to and ignore and delete the rude comments people make.

Eleanor's Nails

Painted nails are a great thing to have with any outfit and Eleanor shows how greatly it can really add to your style!

Eleanor seems to like to go for a more solid one color for all of her nails. Usually a pretty blue, purple, and pink color. All these are great colors to try and will spice up any outfit to make them look more fun. Other good colors to try would be black, white, red, a mint green, and other 'softer' shades of colors so that they are not too bright and take away from the rest of your outfit.

Eleanor, like Danielle, will also mix up her nail look by painting four of her nails one nice color and than painting the last finger a color that matches with the rest or she paints it too with a sparkly nailpolish to make it more fun. She normally paints her 'ring' finger a different color from the rest but other good finger to try could be your pinky, thumb, or 'pointer' finger.

Most likely Eleanor will use a lot of Topshop nailpolish along with other more expensive brands. Or she will have her nails professionally done. Since bother can start to add up in price it is a good idea to do your own nails, which I'm sure Eleanor does as well. Also it is better to look for cheaper brands that work just as well.

Target, Walmart, Ulta, and most other drug stores will sell nailpolishes that are much cheaper and you can also find some great brands that look just as good! Essie is one good brand sold at most of these stores (and from this set I found it looks like Eleanor may wear it too!). Other great brands that won't cost too much are Rimmel, Nicole from OPI, and Sinful Colors (which I use myself).

Keeping your nails clean is very important. Before you paint them you should make sure you have all old nailpolish removed from your nails. Try to keep your nails nicely trimmed so that they do not look different length from the rest of your nails. Atleast once a day you should try to clean out from under your nails. One simple way is while you are washing your hands put soap in the palm of one hand, put the fingers of your other hand together, and then with your fingers together gently make small circles in the soap in the palm of your hand. Simple and fast!

Nail Tips:

To harden your polish try dripping your in ice-cold water. Before you dip them though try spraying them with spray-on cooking oil to make them shiny and slick (Source for this is Tumblr, thank you to the people that made the post with the helpful tip!)

After you paint your nails you can also put a nice finishing coat on it to protect it from chipping and make them shine.

Eleanor Sweater outfit for Summer & Winter

or I'm sorry I was not sure which one you wanted! Both are beautiful colors though the white one might go with more than the red. Warning these both are more pricey just so you know!

Summer

In the summer it may be a good idea to wear dresses like this of Eleanor's so you don't get to hot

For the white one you may want to wear darker colors like navy blue or black or even red to make it pop more

For the red I would wear a lighter colored or even white dress kind of like this one

Also try skirts to keep cool

  An outfit with a simple or graphic top like this along with a skirt of a simple color like black or white will look great with both

Shorts is always a good choice for the hot summer try ones like this Simple jean shorts go with almost any shirt! Other shorts you could try would be black colored ones to go with both also or even white to go with the red. Many different colored shorts will match with the white. A good pair of khaki shorts will match perfectly with both too!

Shoes to wear for the summer with them would have to be sandals, like Eleanor above is wearing, or you can wear sneakers! Some sneakers you should look into are teh low black or white Converse. They go with lots of outfits.

Winter

This sweater will keep you warm inside but you may want to find larger coats to fit over it so that you will stay warm outside too

(Credit to the creaters of this set) Here is a good outfit you could wear with both the sweaters! An nice leather jacket (brown or black) is great for the winter.

Pants are important in winter! a good pair of jeans is nice to have. But you could wear darker colored jeans (as seen above) with them too. Leggings could be worn but you may get cold in them! Try for black leggings if you do want them.

Shoes: You will need shoes that can keep you warm in the winter. Boots are nice (like ,again, the ones seen above) I'm not sure if Eleanor really wears boots like Uggs but they are good boots that keep you warm in the winter. Again sneakers are always good too! High Converse are probably better for colder weather.

Beanies and earmuffs: Both VERY important for your health in the winter. Earmuffs and Beanies will keep you warm and keep you from get an ear ache from the cold wind. A nice pair of earmuffs either black or white will go great with your outfit and keep you warm! A nice Beanie in black, tan, white, or cream are good choices to go with your outfits!
