alex didn't have many friends, he was a bit of a loner that way, but he called up one of the few that he had that just so happened to share the same major as him. it was rare that he was late to class, but after a fun night with mitchie, he slept through his alarm and wasn't able to make it in time to class. "come on, sabina, pick up." he replied, listening as the phone rang before someone finally picked up on the other line. "hey, sab, how are you?" he asked with a smile. "do you happen to have the notes from today's class at all? i didn't realize i slept through my alarm last night until i got here."

"you're studying journalism, right?" gianna asked the other blonde, smiling at her. she had just watched the superman movie in her room and the trailer for the new supergirl movie, so she had plenty of journalism related questions. "this might be a dumb question, but do you think lois lane was actually dumb enough that she didn't realize superman and clark kent were the same person?" she asked, genuinely curious. "i mean, put yourself in her shoes for a second.. you'd totally be able to tell, right?"

　should  she  focus  on  bettering  her  time  management  ?  probably.  maybe  more  practical  skills  like  how  to  change  the  oil  in  her  car ( she can change a tire no problem )  or  how  to  cook  without  setting  the  fire  alarm  off  almost  every  time  ?  well  yes,  but  her  priorities  lie  elsewhere ...  close  up  magic.  slight  of  hand,  mentalism, coin  and  card  tricks,  the whole nine. she  wants  to  be  the  girl  guessing  your  credit  card  info  just  from  staring  into  your  eyes ... someone to put that dud david fuckin' blaine to shame. that and she thinks it'd make for a cool party trick.

trixie is a former child prodigy with an eidetic memory. a lot of people made a big deal about her intelligence, but all the memorizing and reciting of facts really crushed her spirit. hockey is the best part of her life, as far as she's concerned. the adrenaline and the fun and the effort? it's her favorite thing ever, even though others around her wanted her to be the " bookworm.
