Arhou Dex #035, Delicette! This Water/Flying type evolves from Dellil.

After evolving, Delicette can finally fly through the air. They are acrobatic, and dive in and out of clouds, making happy cries the whole time.

It's a flying dolphin based loosely on the descriptions in a really long Skies of Arcadia fanfic. Thankfully, I did NOT go the Palafin route. Seriously, what the heck were they thinking?
