This keto-friendly dish combines roasted cauliflower with crispy bacon and savory Parmesan cheese for a flavorful and satisfying side or main dish.
Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle chopped bacon over cauliflower. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and bacon is crispy, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower and bacon. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
