I've never listened to TMA - mostly I know from tumblr that Jon and Martin are SO in love. There might be eldritch beings/patron gods of sadness that are taking people over maybe? Through eyes? I saw a post about romantic eye trauma so??? I'm really curious what kind of archive this is, but too afraid to ask.
“Romantic eye trauma” is all you need to know about the show, honestly. Theoretically the patron gods are of fear but in practice they’re mostly just making us sad so I would label that accurate!

No, I agreed with you, I only had minor quibbles, several disclaimers, and comic book supporting examples, but this fandom is the worst so maybe I'll make my own just to be safe :)
