Indulge in the delightful combination of pesto sauce, tender potatoes, and gooey cheese atop a crispy pizza crust. This Pesto Potato Pizza is a quick and easy homemade treat that's bursting with flavor and sure to satisfy your pizza cravings.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza crust. 1/2 cup pesto sauce. 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Put the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the pesto sauce all over the crust. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on top of the pesto. Put some olive oil on the potatoes and season them with salt and pepper. The potatoes should have mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of them. It should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it. If you want, you can add fresh basil leaves as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
