These tasty and aromatic appetizers or snacks are bacon-wrapped pork meatballs. They're incredibly delicious with ground pork, bacon, and a spicy verde sauce. Ideal for get-togethers on game days or parties.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 8 slices of bacon. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup minced onion. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup verde sauce store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced onion, egg, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Shape the mixture into meatballs with a diameter of roughly one inch. Secure each meatball with a toothpick after encasing it in a piece of bacon. Set the temperature of your oven or grill to medium-high, or roughly 190C or 375F. The meatballs wrapped in bacon should be baked or grilled for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating them halfway through, or until the bacon is crisp and the meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Heat the verde sauce in a small saucepan over low heat while the meatballs are cooking. Present the pork meatballs wrapped in bacon along with warm verde sauce for dipping. Savor your succulent pork meatballs with bacon and verde sauce!
