Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches - Delicious Dessert
Indulge in the perfect combination of brownie and doughnut with these glazed treats. They're rich, chocolaty, and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled. 1 egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Oil for frying.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add melted butter, buttermilk, sour cream, brewed coffee, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Stir in baking powder, baking soda, and salt until the batter is smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350F 175C. Carefully drop spoonfuls of doughnut batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove doughnuts with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. In a separate bowl, mix together the glaze by combining 1 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Dip each doughnut into the glaze, coating it evenly. Place on a wire rack to allow excess glaze to drip off. Let the glaze set for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Glazed Brownie Doughnuts!

These Frosted Sugar Cookies with spring-themed cut-outs are a delightful seasonal treat. The soft and sweet buttery cookies are adorned with colorful frosting and fun decorations.
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Food coloring assorted colors. Sprinkles and decorative toppings. 2 cups powdered sugar. 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. On a different bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until they are light and fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and beat until everything is well mixed. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until the dough comes together. Split the dough into several pieces, and use different food coloring to color each one. Each color of dough should be wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least an hour. Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Spread out each color of dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface. Slice the cookies into spring-themed shapes and put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper on the bottom. For 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. For a few minutes, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Sugar powder, milk or cream, and vanilla extract should be mixed together in a bowl to make the frosting. Use different colors and patterns of frosting to decorate the cookies after they have cooled. To make the cookies look better, add sprinkles and other decorative toppings. Before you serve or store the cake, let the frosting set.
