they don't KNOW that they're doing a poor job

just they don't know how to do it BETTER

again, they're trying, they just happen to not be trying in the right direction, y'know?

I mean, there's an effort (gold star for them), it's just not the way we like and they're having a hard time adapting

I'm not happy with it either, and I'm sure they're seeing the general negative reception, but they're probably scrambling to fix it without the right knowledge and tools to fix it

it's sorta like trying to fix a leak with  a sledge hammer

an attempt is being made, but with the wrong setup
