That is the question.
It's 3:30 Am and I have to be awake at 6 Am... Do I go to sleep while I still have time? Or screw it all together...
This seems to be a dilemma every night.
Morning.
Whatever time of the day it is!
Shh, I’m tired!

Victor Thought #4 Ethical Dilemma
The creature... should it have a mate or not? The creature with a lover or the creator forever on his lonesome. Another sad monster despised by their creator or one being saved from torture and humiliation. Look at two sides for this: being ethical versus having an ethical dilemma.
On the first side: ethics. It is known that most people should live with a partner, it is proven to make them happier and as Eve is called in Genesis, Adam’s helper. Adam’s partner in crime- his girl. So yes, on one hand the creature should have a mate; he should have someone he can care for and receive the same compassion from his mate as well. Everyone needs some kind of relation in their life and I think a mate would help the creature find purpose in life.
On the other hand: ethical dilemma. While the thought of Frankenstein’s monster having a mate seems sweet and charming, it can also be seen as deadly. Victor Frankenstein would bring another being into life who didn’t ask to be born. Others might see them as they saw the first monster and treat it terribly. The mate did not have a choice to be alive and now they are in a world of confusion just as the original creature was and he was miserable just as is.
I am taking the side of ethics. Although the two might be isolated from the world because of their figure and position in society, the two would be together as lovers. They would have each other even if no one else did. The mate should be created because of all the loneliness the original monster had felt in the beginning. With a partner, the monster might find something to occupy himself with instead of sitting on irrational anger with the humans because of their treatment towards him.
