People throw around the phrase "ignore the 3D" so much that it loses its meaning. But I finally started focusing on the inner work, and I had an experience that proved how simple it actually is.
First, a reminder: You can have doubts and still shift. Your ego doesn't control your reality, your consciousness does.
For this meditation, I threw on some theta waves, turned on my ANC AirPods, closed my eyes, and completely detached. I visualized my DR bed and imagined my s/o making breakfast, living fully in that assumption. Because I couldn't see or hear my physical surroundings, my CR completely ceased to exist. I was so deeply immersed in my DR that I knew I was there.
This is where the inner work part comes in. While I was sitting there, fully aligned with my DR, my mind tried to trick me. I noticed this automatic, underlying assumption running in the background: the belief that if I opened my eyes, I would just be back in my CR.
I realized that very expectation is the limiting belief holding me back. Even while fully immersed, I was still giving power to the CR by assuming it was the "default" waiting for me.
Shifting isn't about forcing the outside world to change. It is about changing your internal assumption and refusing to let your mind create a safety net for a reality you are trying to leave behind. The 3D is just a delayed echo. If you are fully aligned with your DR on the inside, you don't anticipate the CR at all. do that internal alignment, and stop assuming the CR is the final destination, thats your ego talking.
Another reminder: i knew about all of the right knowledge way long ago, but sometimes it just take time to really click for you, and thats fine. Dont rush your process, your DR has nowhere to go. Anyways hope this helped, happy shifting brookies ><
