@deltarana44 (me) has appeared to show what I've been working on regarding the UnderTube project because apparently I am the first to actually remember that people other than Loogi can post here.
Other than giving occasional drawing and writing tips my main focus of the work is making the battle sprites and animations!
Since I have my own projects to work on I didn't focus much on the things that I'm talking about. Although what I DID do is a progress nonetheless.
Here I combined the animated sprites in several GIFs for a more comfortable view.
(1) A/B/C Disc and CRTee
(2) Shycrophone (two variations)
(3) Solidus (three variations)
(the most recent)
Most of the monsters that I did and will do are not designed by me, I'm just making sprites based on the concept art and the description.
In this pack of sprites only C Disc and Shycrophone are actually designed and thought through by me. (yes I seriously designed a literal DVD enemy, I thought it was funny-)
Anyways-
Don't know when but I will be updating about further sprite work in packs just like this time. Although I could also drop a single battle sprite and and talk only about that one specifically. I have no idea what I will actually end up doing.
I'm not that kind of person who likes to celebrate the numbers going up. So instead I will just drop it here.
And yes, by "go do whatever" I do mean "whatever" as in "literally anything"
Technically you can go do stuff with other characters but (knowing what fandom I'm in) a Sans is the most popular kind of character although I would gladly see something related to Eclipse too

Rambling about personal blog stuff (unrequired if you're an undertale fan only):
Other than that, the sketch comic thingy is still very in progress. I might upload the third page soon (or already did if you're reading this later) though I am more focused on making animation right now.
The animation is more of a youtube project than tumblr one but I do post here most of the updates.
Though I can make one art pretty fast usually with all the pauses it takes longer than expected (unless I sit and do something from start to finish without stopping then it'll be fast) so neither drawings or comics are my main source of BIG content. Yes, I do sketches or simple arts without the background pretty fast but even with that the pauses between them are TAKING TOO LONG. And although I WANT to do more I understand that I'm already doing too much. I just need more patience with myself.
I thought about doing some art with my original characters (not undertale related) but I don't know if I ACTUALLY want to do that..? There are no people who actually know about any oth the original lore, not even myself 100% sometimes. I could just do random arts, ignoring all the unknown lore parts.
Ignoring the original lore and going to the blog stuff in general I wanted to say that my hands are tied (by me) because I don't know how to do tags/mentions/references properly or even if I have to do those at all. Because some people put stuff like "[Character] belongs to [blank]", "[Art by [blank]", etc. and some people don't put those kinds of things at all. Also if I do need to refer the original creator I start to feel insecure because I don't know the names (nicknames) of the creators and who exactly should I credit for a character etc. etc. so I end up not drawing anything related to the more popular characters.
Another weird stuff about me is that I am also very insecure about searching for a references. There are a lot of artists and some of them tend to alternate some elements depending on their style. This also comes from the fact that I literally don't know (and can't make myself learn) the original creators of big AUs. So all I see is just a big bunch of alternate interpretations of the same character and I don't know which part is generally accepted fanon, artist's personal style or the actual cannon. I highly prefer staying as close to the canon designs/personalities as possible. (I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I SHOULD WRITE "CANON OR CANNON")
Those are basically the stuff I wanted to say regardless of time and situation. I likely have a lot more of stuff to say but those were the ones I had on my mind the most. If you have the thoughts about how to deal with any of that stuff I would like to speak about it.
Took a short pause from doing anything and made some self-sprites in that period. again, I do not consider my self-OC an Undertale/Deltarune OC so there won't be any tags, though maybe the what-if Deltarune Dark World version is considered one.
Will try to go back doing some actual stuff tomorrow, I still have a box full of required arts.
I don't understand what you mean by this message so I can't answer properly. Despite that it gave me an idea to draw my character anyway-
If you wanted to ask a character instead of creator then this is the main AUTHOR blog and I have a few side blogs. Saying that because there were already a few instances of people asking stuff on the wrong blog.
No matter what was the intention, thanks for giving me the reason to draw Rana anyway.
