Jonathan Owens (born December 19, 1973), known by his stage name Casual, is an American rapper, producer, and one of the founding members of the alternative hip hop collective Hieroglyphics.

He also reads and has been studying Egyptian Hieroglyphics for many years, makes videos on the subject on his YouTube channel Smash Rockwell as well writing about it on his blog Rap God.

As a rapper Casual initially became known for his freestyle battle rhymes in the Bay Area hip hop scene and later developing into a solo artist. He is known for diverse lyrics, a complex multisyllabic East Coast influenced flow but with a distinctive Oakland accent.  wikipedia.org

Teren Delvon Jones (born August 12, 1972), better known by his stage name Del the Funky Homosapien (sometimes stylized as Del tha Funkee Homosapien) or Sir DZL, is an American rapper.

One of my favorite hip hop albums of all time. Delton 3030 self-titled album.

This album was key in helping me rap. I had zero breathe control, zero idea on how to flow on a beat and more. I was a huge fan of Del The Funky Homosapien growing up and equally as big of a Heiroglyphics fan so having all that with some dustopianbfuture hip hop vibes I was sold. I later learned that though this incredible album has 24 tracks it was written in less than 2 weeks. Wild.

Things You Can Do, Positive Contact, Virus and Mastermind are all such bangers that those songs alone I wouldn't believe the 2 weeks to write thing
