@demagia | Plotted Starter for Helga and Salazar
The moon was bright as she walked along side her steed. Helga had grown tired of riding and she needed to stretch her legs for a bit. The witch wasn’t scared for it was nighttime and she always felt the safest when it was night. Maybe it was because of who she assumed her mother was or maybe it was because she knew he loved the night as well. The fluttering in her stomach came again at the thought of Salazar and she knew that it wasn’t due to the feelings he had given her. It was due to what was growing inside of her.
She had felt the magic stir three weeks ago and had confirmed it two. She was pregnant. And she was pregnant by Salazar Slytherin. The same Salazar Slytherin who had promised to not leave and yet, he had left her. She had foreseen it but she had hoped that the vision wouldn’t come true. Helga had been wrong this time. Her hand rested on her stomach and she smiled slightly. No matter how angry she was at the baby’s father, she couldn’t help but already love the little life growing inside of her. There would be some good that came from the two of them.
She isn’t sure why she’s going to find him though she knows that he won’t come back to Hogwarts. She doubted that he would but he deserved to know that he would be having a child and he also deserved to know that he had broken her heart into pieces though she doubted that would help her case. The tracking spell she had went off at the tip of her wand when she stopped in front of a little cottage. It was quaint and not something she would have thought he’d have done. She almost thought it’d be more grand but she doubted that he wanted to be found.
That was too bad, the witch thought with a scowl. He was going to get her anyway. She walked up to the door, taking off the hood of her cloak, letting her brown hair fall in waves, shining with the light of the full moon. She knocked on the door, waiting as the horse stood out front. She waited for him to open the door and Helga had to steel herself for the moment she saw him again. She wasn’t sure what she would do or what she would say. She just knew she had to see him.
