I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately with tumblr specifically. Tumblr used to be a cool community where people became actual friends. Was their porn here? Yeah but it felt more like you could find it if you wanted and people treated it like a regular human thing. Then tumblr was purchased a couple times and “took away porn” and changed the rules to protect against cp. But I’ve been on tumblr for over 10yrs and it feels more pornographic and filled with more pedo-losers and cream supremes than ever before. People come here and try and talk sexually to me and when I respond with dude wtf I get a “well that’s what tumblr is for”. Nope, it’s not. It never was. But somehow, here we are. 😬
