I bet demigods hate the rain, because it's like the only thing that still affects them. Like yeah, if they jump in lava they'll catch fire, but it doesn't hurt them in anyway, just makes them very warm (and the flames tickle) but the rain! the rain's this stupid weather that comes in and interrupts their 'demigod-ness' and soaks their hair and their clothes (both which they can dry sort of easily but it's still an extra step), and makes it harder to fly around and well, makes them a little bit mortal.
why else would there be a command for changing the weather?
Its a bittersweet feeling-
When you find out there's another kid in your cabin. Yeah, hooray for brothers and sisters and all that, but at the same time, it makes you wonder. The kids that are born between me and Connor, between Luke and me...
It makes me wonder if dad ever really did love mom. I mean, it might explain why she's such a tight ass now, except for widdle Connor, he's her baby, but as for me, I see her crying a lot- and every time I bring it up its like "Go clean this" or "Is that stolen too?" I don't mean to cause my mom such a hard time, but I can't help but be myself.
I'm sorry if looking at my face reminds you of him. If my sarcasm mirrors his. If we've got the same color eyes, the same hands, the same cheekbones. That's not my fault.
I just wish he'd get back with mom. But I know that's not going to happen.
