Essentially a bunch of NPCs & a few enemies, these were from way back in September kind of forgot about them.

And the others too of course!
Most of the designs for these little guys came from "The cutting room floor" - a place where you can find most of the content from undertale & the Undertale art books themselves!
I really like the snowdin shop keeps design, she's so cute! To be honest I wish they went with more of the concept art for her - but of course her in game design is sweet.
As for that turtle business man I made him an old friend of Grandpa semi! I just like the idea of these two old retired monster friends trash talking 'kids these days'.
