Onward and Downward

I get it, nobody want’s to hang around blogs that’re there for strictly opinion, especially not political blogs.  We’re like the boss that shows up to start telling you the reality of your job as you sit by the water cooler complaining about your job with your friends.  

I get that we’re not always painted as the warmest and friendliest fuckers on the internet (we aren’t, but we’re not assholes).  I get why we look so shadowy to outside viewers.  I got it figured out.  Especially after this election.  Or better known as Democalypse 2016.  That or The Equivalent of a Nuclear Bomb Lighting off in your Boxers 2016. We bring in news that is upsetting, or we bring in news that people can’t escape from even on any website.  You can’t even avoid hearing about this in the non-digital world.

But I think the more aware we become of what’s going on around us, the closer we can reach some catharsis.  I may’ve mocked a couple news-sources that had been called into question once or twice.  Believe me, I do pick fights.  But I personally don’t even want to continue my long search for decent info in the hopes I can better help those who are struggling with this magnitude of anxiety and destruction any longer - but I will, because surprisingly, I care.

I don’t want to bring bad news.  I get that blogs like mine are basically a grim reaper for all the happiness left in your soul.  I completely understand that. I wanna take a second, apologize for all kinds of media, and this nihilism we have acquired in the wake of this monumental fuck up.

It’s not over yet.  You’ll have four more years at maximum of this sort of fucked up shit to listen to and read about and I apologize.  I really do.

I love Massachusetts

Reading proposed Mass legislature makes me feel so much more at ease pending a Trump Presidency. Fine Trump, lift regulations on guns. We will regulate them on our own anyway. Defund research on global warming? I doubt Harvard and MIT are going to stop funding. Repeal Obamacare? We've had universal health care for years. ✊🏻
