Mitsuri Kanroji was know as the love demon, a new uppermoon with the most fearsome of blood arts; the power to make anyone who touches her fall absolutely in love with her. Even with a Nichirin sword the curse remains the same. Those who lay a finger on her loose all sense of thought and allow her to control them with their utter devotion. It is said they become slaves of her will, until she eventually eats them.

Mitsuri, however is surprised when a Pillar know as the Serpent Hashira, a familiar face she cannot remember, fights her and does not get affected by the blood demon art.

afterall, the curse doesn't work if your already in love to begin with.
