I feel like I'm walking on a blade with this sketch, but it's still going to be covered in the comic book itself. It seems to me that only because of these two, the comic will have to hang an 18+ die instead of 16+, although the details of their interactions will not be anywhere near the level of the "Ennead" manga.
The secondary arc of these two, like the rest of the characters, is already woven into the main plot. Without their "interaction", the main plot would have developed along a different path. So it is justified by the scenario, as well as by the biblical myth.
The episode of Sodom was taken from there, and to reveal this particular part of the Biblical myth, the demon Belial was originally included in the cast of characters. And then, in addition to it, Asmodeus was prescribed - I decided to reveal my variation / assumption: why Asmodeus, being a seraphim (proud, principled, obviously would not allow himself to stoop to such a small sin as lust), became a demon, personifying this lust. It's simple - he became the only one of the seraphim who had sexual contact with anyone, and to aggravate his conflict, that someone would be the demon Belial. Although there will be no division into the sins of demons in the plot, visually, it will become clear that one of the main sins is attributed to them. Belial's main problem will not be lust, but addiction to addictive substances, the rest is just a consequence.
For those who do not like such interactions, there will also be characters in the plot who do not tolerate and do not consider such relationships normal. As I wrote in the brief description of Belial's character, for the demon community, sodomites will be something unacceptable, demeaning demons. The seraphim's, whose representative Moloch will be shown, will be especially intolerant of this. His complete opposite, both in character and principles, will be Belial, who will personify the archai demons, who absolutely do not care about such "interactions".
Of course, the arc of these characters and this theme will not be the main one, but only a secondary one. In addition to promoting the main plot, its main function will be to reveal the way of life, hierarchy and relationships of demons among themselves, their society. Since such an episode was, albeit briefly, indicated in the biblical myth, its disclosure in more detail, especially in the person of demons (who are considered negative and negative characters in the Bible), is fully justified and will not constitute any kind of propaganda or demonstration of any values❌
