I used to have this VCR that worked well enough if you could deal with what sounded like a possessed rat inside trying to claw its way out throughout your entire movie. My brother and I discovered that if we turned it upside down the clanking and screeching stopped, but the POS would overheat after two movies because the vent was on the top!
