On updates

Hi!

I want to apologize for taking so long in updating several of my stories.

I'm having some personal issues, a family member of mine is having health problems and it's making things hard. If you could pray for my dad, I'd appreciate it, a lot.

So because of that I haven't been in the mood for writing, but I'm trying to get things organized for when this hard times are over, because nothing bad can last forever, right?

So, on específico Updates

The odd girl who smelled the rain.

Chapter four is pretty much done, but I still have to tie a few things to finish the story on chapter five which I have written nothing. So it is slowly coming together, might take a while but it will be done.

Dual

Dual... Where can I begin. I had an entire outcome of how to write and direct that story and I had a draft saved on my computer and then... My computer died and all the story with it. When I tried to rewrite it I realized I wasn't so happy with the outcome and I just gave out completely on the story. But now I'm having certain ideas, so probably once I finish TOGWSTR I might work on it again.

Unexpectedly Unexpected series

Unexpected d is done, but I might have to trek something in it to tie to the prequel if I ever finish it. You can read it here.

Expectations is a work in progress on hiatus. I just got blocked on that one, I'm not really good at writing smut no matter how much I enjoy reading it. I'm lame, lol. But I'm coming up with some ideas, so who knows. You can read it here.

Expecting is still in the nebulae of thoughts, it might be done or it might not be done. I don't know... I have certain ideas for baby acorn but it might come in the form of drabbles or one chapter. Or it might all end in Unexpected.

Assumptions

This story is done and complete and one of my favorites that for some reason I feel nobody has read... That might be wrong but I don't know... It is my favorite and I would hope it to be a little bit more popular.

For some reason my favorite writings have never gotten "enough" love from readers. And this one if one of those. I mean, they have kudos and comments from you saying you like them and it is stupid for me to feel that way but guess my brain is kind of douchy in that aspect.

BUT

I have certain scenario in my head of this story and universe but from Gendry's pov and maybe one day I expand this universe but it is is just a possibility.

Yet, I might say this is my favorite Gendry, from all of the Gendry's I've written.

So if you'd like to check it this story, please do. When I posted it I imagined it being lOved by all of you because Arya is a bit like all of us Tumblr gals in this story.

Follow up to this piece. Dempsie recruited Curse and now has a dancing partner! Some additional notes: I wanted to draw a pic showing Dempsie converting Curse, but I don't have a lot of time at the moment to do it. And in case I didn't describe it enough, I had this idea all year of a lyminate toy doll-esque morph involving lots of dancing and music and mindless enjoyment. They are a direct product of the harlequin diamond, which expresses the idea of being completely free of your own problems but losing all of your senses in the process, becoming something of an oblivious, happy toy all the time. They are often seen in underground venues and clubs, too. I also had this idea that music plays from their ears, but not sure how it works yet. More on this morph later.

Wanted to do something based on this music I've been listening to, which ended up becoming Dempsie as an 80s fashion model. This was the reference used for the drawing, too. I also had to bust out GIMP again after a very long time in order to get that proper film grain look - a lil bit of HSV noise and then an NL filter which helps to sharpen everything. I love these kinds of pieces where I really put a lot of time and effort into and not just something that's sketched and dropped so I can move onto the next thing quickly. Very fortunate of Dempsie to land a modeling job at the prestigious Biorgio Garmani clothing company! Surely this look will catch on.
