I find it extremely hard to find appealing sensory and stim toys for myself, I only have two items that are actual stim toys. One of which being this overpriced slug that I bought today at a mall kiosk for some much needed in the moment relief and I am so in love with it. I only thought there were 3D printed ones made by people but this is like a super sturdy and fluid moving toy made out of good plastic so it isn't delicate or weird feeling with a flat edge. It's all round and very good feeling and clicky

hey so question, does anyone know of any good chewing stim product aimed specifically for molar grinding/chewing? i have a bad habit of clenching my jaw and would LOVE a chew stim for that bc incisor chewing does NOT cut it for me

controversial take but squishmallows are honestly pretty mid in my opinion. it's a lot of same-ness with little variation to the design and honestly? i dont like the texture. they don't itch my brain and the generally very bland concepts(the tardigrades are cute tho they do have some good out there ideas) just don't appeal to me. i also don't like the fabrics they use more often than not. obviously you can disagree with me, but i just don't see their appeal at all.

now, squishables? those are fucking PEAK. the FUZZ, the concepts, the fact that artists can contribute their own designs in hopes of it being made??? the halloween collection??? my partner and i have the plague doctor and nurse, the gargoyle, the baphomet, and i have a tsunami dragon from a limited run back in like 2017 and we both have plants to get more. i am losing my MIND over the dragons and the recent oroboros they got. and the PLANT!!! THE FLY TRAP WITH THE TEETH!! SO CUTE. i love em they're great.

the sesame street collab with squishmallows should have ABSOLUTELY gone to squishables that shit was disappointing and the lack of fuzziness really just takes from the muppety look and i KNOW squishables would've nailed it.

15. favorite book you read as a school assignment?

Y'know, my favorite is actually The Hatchet! It's a good survival story, just man vs wild and finding himself along the way. It was a summer school assignment, but I'm counting it. What really made it was the summer school english teacher, who was also my senior year english teacher! Believe it or not that was the only year I DIDN'T flunk haha. A good teacher really does help.
