renesmee had a bag with her that she got from a shop in town. “before you judge me, you should know i have zero control with anything. and this bag may or may not be completely filled with candy.” she chuckled. “but like, i have a final to stay up studying for so i think that i earned it.”

didyme didn’t understand how this was possible, last thing she remembered was her life being taken from her by her brother. but now she as in a field in some place she had never been to or heard of before. she had her volturi cloak still on over the new clothes she got since she didn’t exactly know how she felt about what was considered fashionable since it was so much different than before. she walked around the park and liked seeing humans around her start smiling since her ability made it so those around her were happy. “i don’t understand why so many people are so down all the time. being alive is a reason to just smile.” the vampire said with a smile.

     a concerned carlisle analyzed the tomography taken to one of his patiens from ICU, which evidenced the strange nature of the injury. certainly in his hundreds of years being a physician, injuries weren’t unfamiliar to him. an hemorrhagic stroke, he’d seen millions, literally. the supernatural origin of this one, however, was one more to be covered by him, another false explanation to give. a warm smile came upon his face as the other being entered his office.        ❛ well, hello--- is there anything i can help you with? ❜      he asked, kindness reflected in his voicetone.

“denali is so quaint. i can’t believe that in all my travels i’ve never been to a place like this.” the original said with a bright smile. she looked at the other person with her amber eyes. “i have no clue how long i will be staying here, but as long as i am, i’m really going to enjoy myself... sorry if i talk to much, i’ve been told it’s a flaw of mine.”

while it’s been so long since atalanta last felt something that she had long forgotten most feelings. something she didn’t forget was the feeling of freedom. sure, she wasn’t truly free, under the control of the volturi still. but she was no longer trapped in volterra and had some freedom. though she hoped a bit that chelsea wouldn’t be in denali, maybe then her power over the vampire would end. she laid in the snow, not wanting to leave. “i’m okay if you were wondering. just.. i don’t want to move.” the daughter of one of the originals said.

alec noticed a vampire breaking some very small and obscure vampire law, so the vampire took off his gloves and allowed the dark mist come out of his hands, and it quickly engulfed the vampire and he just smiled. however his fun was ended when he heard someone coming down the alley. he quickly placed his gloves back on and turned around. “you shouldn’t really sneak up on someone in a dark alley at night.” he said.

hazel was walking home later at night after spending her whole evening in the library studying for her finals. she usually left before it turned dark, unless she had someone to walk home with. but today she was studying alone and lost track of time. she heard a few noises but tried her best to ignore it and speed up her walk home, but when she heard footsteps she stopped and turned around. “who’s there?” she asked.

gabriella stumbled upon a vampire feeding from a human and about to attack their friend. gabriella being still a newborn was able to get the vampire away from the still alive human and he then ran off. gabriella looked at the human doing her best to resist the smell of their blood. “you will not remember what happened, you will think that your friend was attacked by an animal and luckily you got away.” she said focusing on the human’s mind to change their memories. the human then ran off and she let out a sigh of relief. but jumped when she noticed someone there. “how much did you see?”
