Day 20 Feel Good Moment Challenge It’s amazing how simple and effective prayer and meditation can be but hard to adhere to during adversity. A thank you prayer

Sorry for getting off topic and a little bit religious here but something like a milestone is about to happen to me and I just want to thank God for all those times I cried and absolutely hated myself during these days. I felt completely broken and almost stopped caring. I lived all my life thinking that if I just went negative and had low expectations of things that I wouldn't get disappointed as harsh if I were positive. But this isn't the case now. Sometimes you DO have to want it and be positive about it to achieve something. In the words of Theodore Roosevelt: "Its hard to fail but its worse if you didn't try to succeed". So I'm going to try and succed and to win. I"m breaking down my shyness bit by bit and this is why I"m thankful. Thank you, Lord.
