absolutely winging a white chocolate raspberry mini cupcake recipe so we'll see how it goes!! was absolutely blessed with a box of raspberries where not a SINGLE one was gooey or starting to mold so im taking that as a good sign. will report back later with results of test lol

#my own take on a yule log/birthday cake #it came out PHENOMENAL #but the car ride to the party was the most terrified ive ever been #the meringue mushrooms are SO fragile once they're on the cake #also the sugared rosemary i wasnt sure about but it thankfully lost almost all smell by the time i put it on the cake #baking #cake pops #cake decoration #yule log #dense bakes #the pinecones were SO satisfying to make ngl #i did end up dusting it in powdered sugar for 'snow' but was so wrapped up in getting it on the table to serve that i took NO photos #rip #and the ones i did take had some auto-focus shit on that i didnt realize so thats why they're #like that lol

i will say this. since getting my stand mixer, i now have the saddest most pathetic absolute limpest wrists. god help me if I have to hand whisk something for more than 30 seconds my pampered bougie bird bones leave me mewling and simpering in agony

My first attempt at a garden basket cake (this one is pistachio cake with french vanilla smbc and a whipped pistachio filling). My shaky hands ended up being my nemesis but it's just practice for next time 💪😤
