On a weekly basis I go in on Friday when the office is closed to clean the autoclave. This process is long, boring and requires a LOT of waiting around. You can get a lot done around the office but when everything is in order and you are still waiting, it becomes tedious, and you get antsy. For example, when I tried to wipe down the inside of the autoclave while it was still hot... not a good idea and I obviously learned my lesson in patience. So, here I am, staring down the barrel of the hot autoclave trying to use the power of mental thinking to cool it down. #dentaldiva
