I've always had the mindset of "if they say I can't, then I will". I wouldn't be where I am now if I hadn't made some difficult decisions a couple years back. Our album Storm reflects on the the hard times I endured and the point that they brought me to. Band practice last night went beautifully. I'm so pumped that I've found such talented and dedicated musicians. While they are learning the songs from Storm, I'm also teaching them the new songs I've been writing, and they're adding some seriously killer sections to them. The more we play through them, the bigger they sound, and I'm beyond thrilled with the progress. Come watch these guys throw down with me at the Marquis on the 30th.
