What about you do you feel other people misunderstand?

Lily in general. I feel like she’s underestimated, and people get, at first, the completely wrong idea about her. They think because she gets a lot of attention from boys, but doesn’t have a boyfriend, that she’s either a tease, a prude, or a whore. They think that because she gets good grades and is a prefect, she’s bookish and no fun. That she’s either too emotional, or not emotional enough. That she’s easy, and that she’s vapid, and that because she’s kind, she’s childish and immature and weak. They never expect anything from her, or expect certain things.

What is one secret you’ve never told anyone? Would you consider revealing it to another character? If so, who?

So, aside from the staff members who, in one way or another, helped her after the attack, she’s never told anyone about said attack, nor has she told anyone about the brand on her arm. Whenever someone asked about where she’d been for half the night, why she didn’t come back to school for dinner, she’ll say that she’d gotten lost, and tripped and hit her head. Most people seem to believe this and this is how she’d like it to stay. 

She may reveal it to some people, and in one verse, the one with cleverxpure, she has. She’s also, in another thread, with fidemcanem, she’s shown him the mudblood brand on her arm. In general though, the only way you’ll get anything out of her in regards to that, is if you force her out of it. She doesn’t normally have anyone she trusts enough to tell.

How do you like to approach a problem?

Head on with very little thought to the consequences. She’s more of the shoot first, ask questions later type of person, which gets her into more problems than it solves, really. She likes to pretend she’s all level headed, but she really, really isn’t.

When you feel uncomfortable, what do you do to cover it up?

So, she’s not good at all at covering up her emotions. She’s a bloody open book. She’ll try to play it smooth, try to change the topic of conversation. Most of the time, she’ll get extremely defensive, or angry, which generally results in her storming off. Which, you know, doesn’t cover up anything.

What’s something you like about how you write?

Frick I dunno. The truth is I haven’t had much confidence in what I write or the way I write for years. I am super critical of myself so no matter what I put down I am never satisfied with it or how it comes out and I could spend days or weeks going over the same thing over and over again eventually burning myself and muse out.

If I had to say one thing I would probably say adapting to different situations XD

Oh holy mother of crap so many characters. Ok so going by fandom it would be

Potter

Narcissa, I had two versions of her and i still have the accounts but in both of them she is still a giant snob and i like that about her and the fact she doesn’t mind stepping over people to get what she wants.

Millicent Bulstrode, again I still have all her accounts and I played her on and off for about 5 years. I love her intense nature and the fact she is unapologetic about the crazy stuff she does...and the knives

Alecto Carrow, another character that i had that was dark but again she was fun with it. It wasn’t savage murderous rage more like sneaky i am going to kill you and frame your mother sort of darkness

Roxana Zabini, A brilliant muderous black widow that came to life with the help of @deranged-lestrange, vain, spoiled rotten and a natural flirt

Kleio, @vivat-dolohov Liam Wood and this character were a pair. I loved her and played her for about 3 years i think. she was so funny and sassy

Amrita Finnigan, Amna Vana’diel, Takara Calvier: so i had these three at the first time around the first time i properly started to rp until i was about 17 so they were the characters i had the longest.

CalypsoAll three of them are my babies and I will go back to them, I miss them so much. Drew and Ren are brother and sister and their back story and the way they are with each other and their messed up family just tears my heart apart and Calypso is a goddess who is trapped on an island and falls in love with people who can’t love her back,if that isn’t tragic i don’t know what is. I have brilliant rp partners and we have such brilliant story lines I always reread them.

36. Do you ever read rp threads you aren’t involved in? What type of thread does it usually have to be to interest you?

Yes I do! Mostly, they’re AUs with people I know or people that are doing something really interesting. I like to read things that have me going “wow - I’ve never seen that before!” I also sometimes just read things that come across my dash and catch me eye. Other times, it’s a thread that does a missing piece of canon that I’ve always thought about. Sometimes, it’s just because.

But yes - I do read other threads from time to time and it’s fun!
