Lost Fic Find

Derek moves to some other state possibly, definitely in the north. He buys a fixer upper house (there was a photo of it linked in the fic) and he sends it to Stiles through text. Stiles is going through some type of rough patch and keeps driving the hours up in the jeep to go help Derek fix up the house. I know they would sleep on the floor. Derek might’ve had a truck? It’s a lot of therapy through keeping your hands busy for Stiles. At the end Stiles might’ve gotten in trouble down in BH and Derek had to drive all the way down.
