the fight was over, at least for now. everyone seemed safe, and to be honest theo felt proud that he had helped with that. the pack was at the vet clinic right now, wounds were being treated, and theo was still waiting for that, pressing his hand to the wound on his shoulder. the bullet was still inside, and he didn’t exactly feel great. looking around, he watched the others. everyone was busy talking, they all seemed so relieved. a sigh left the chimera’s lips, then he felt how someone sat down beside him on the couch. he turned his head, looking at the older male for a moment. he’d heard of derek, but never met him before.

“ooohhh dereeeeeekk...!” he basically sung at the other when he spotted the werewolf, making his way over to him through the crowds at the sinema, eventually stumbling over his own feet -- luckily, derek was quick to react and managed to catch him before he’d land face first on the floor. “derek. i didn’t know you were the club kind-of guy!” the lion was pretty much useless at this point. he’d spiked his own drinks with lion’s tail, basically the equivalent for lions of what wolfsbane was for werewolves, and he must’ve gone a little bit overboard with it.

“a few days probably. what does it even matter?” theo liked to downplay everything that made him look weak even the slightest. no sleep? he’d had worse and he would survive. he liked to ignore the fact that even supernatural creatures like him needed sleep to function. derek seemed to not be able to ignore his exhausted features and his shaking, though. “now, could you stop looking at me like that?”
