my personal theory stemming from this picture is that holly's disappearance is for sure going to parallel will's in that she has a friend group that are will, mike, lucas and dustin's age in season 1 and they're trying hard to find her - maybe a certain someone in that group is trying a little too hard to find her.....and mike sees himself in them............and thats what helps him realise all his behaviour in season 1 towards will was romantic
