Yes, some of those are a little obscure. But Temp is the best character who doesn't get much appreciation in world, even when Gregor deliberately tries to bring more attention to him. And I had to include Derk.

Introducing Derk! A druggie with a punk flair. Derk is a major asshole to the people around him, often swindling people after getting close with them.

Something thats been bugging me about this whole series is the fact that Sullivan desperately wanted a grandson,

But instead of choosing a demon he chose Iruma, a human.

There must be plenty of orphans in the demon world right? Especially given just how dangerous the netherworld is, So Sullivan didn’t exactly have limited options, he had plenty of choices yet he decided to take in a human boy instead, why is that?

Something isn’t adding up, Sullivan clearly knows and is hiding something, as evidenced by chapter 262.

And it’s clearly something that troubles him deeply. But he must of chose Iruma for a reason, and gave him the ring of gluttony, a ring that houses Alikred, the avatar of the spirit inside the ring.

An Avatar who’s name is literally Derkila spelled backwards. (They also have the same Japanese and English Voice Actors)

And he has something to do with the former demon king as Alikred is the only way for Iruma to use magic, and as chapter 267 shows, it’s Derkila’s mana.

Just Derk being Derk and some expression doodles. Bc Flippy needs to be mentally weak in order to be possessed Derk always tries to trigger his PTSD somehow.

Info dump about Derk: (enjoy) He first possessed Flippy on his first mission with Sneaky and Ka-Boom. (I took inspiration from the Ka-boom episode but the events play out a bit different) Derk defeats Tiger General and leaves Flippy who later gets promoted in rank for the very successful mission. But bc Tiger General comes back Flippy has to fight him again. And lots of other war stuff. Derk takes control of Flippy during his hard moments and kills off lots of soldiers. All Flippy remembers is that he blacks out and somehow wakes up with lots of dead bodies around. (Poor Flippy) Derk is very aggressive and sadistic, he loves to mess with people’s minds so if he founds out you dislike something he’ll make sure you go thru it everyday! You hate bugs? He’ll be putting them in all your stuff. He also likes to tease you and hurt your feelings, drain you mentally, it’s pretty cruel, yeah. And he’s just an asshole in general. Buuuuuut (trying not to spoil to much but) he kinda starts warming up to Flip after a while.

Derk from Dragon Quest 11. My lord, there are so many chubby characters in this game, mainly npc’s but i’ll get to those later. For now it’s Derk. He’s such a cutie, he kinda reminds me of yajirobe from dbz(makes since, seeing who did the art style) so of course i had to draw him.
