Completed capelet, knit entirely from handdyed handspun with a vintage glass frog button.
Pattern is the Duet Capelet by Vanessa Ewing (Etsy or Ravelry).
Dye job was ‘Mossy Rocks’ by JillianEve, which I spun myself in my daedalus e-spinner.
My most recent spin, still working on plying up the last of it
something i knitted for fun that took way too long

Hey!! Long time no see! Just stopping by to show u my newest pair of knitted socks- I love them 🤩
Pattern is So Comfy Socks by KeenWhale (free pattern- highly recommend!) and the yarn was I think called Gruffalo Glow from Bobbin Sister Yarns, which I bought last year on holiday in Hay-On-Wye.
Will defo be knitting this pattern again at some point- but next time I think I’ll do the heel flap just a couple of rows shorter- fit is great other than a little bit of extra fabric around the ankle!
This year I knitted two halibut sweaters (pattern by Caitlin Hunter - one for myself and one for my boyfriend). I chose a different yarn than recommended, and they turned out really great! (It's Loch Lomond Gots by BC Garn). It was so much fun and felt like a fast knit. One of my favourite sweaters 🤌🏻
