oat baths
what are people's experiences with oat baths? I like the milk [?] it gives off BUT I had to have the bath fairly hot, which made me nearly faint, and cause the eczema to flare up a bit so it seemed to make the point moot.
your experiences?

So, about me.
I’m 18, English cis/het girl, attempting to study for exams.
I’ve suffered from some ezcema since I was 14, and before then I didn’t realise how much it could make a person suffer.
Mine is currently [and vaguely unusually] situated on my back, my ankles/calves and inner thighs. It makes me nervous to wear skirts, shorts, dresses, bikinis, to be intimate in case people think I’ve got some communicable, gross STI.
So the S^4 [scratchy skin support system] has been born of that, of hoping it might become a place for those of us with this hidden away, chronic seemingly mild condition might find some relief.
No January Faves folks. Sorry
