Oh yea btw read yesterday that antidepressants don't work on people with autism... at least the SSRI ones. Does anyone have experiences with that?

That explains why they didn't work on me and just numbed the rest of my emotions back then. (ironically my psychiatrist, who disregards my autism / add symptoms, even said that I must have different brain chemicals if the SSRI don't work on me...).

I am currently taking other ones that aren't SSRI (but are also used for ADHD) but that too just has a small effect on me and I am already at the maximum dosis.

Has anxiety and depression -> which results in massive extra stress -> which leads to physical symptoms like stiff / inflamed jaw and neck muscles -> which leads to dizziness due to hindering fluids to reach the brain and ears properly -> which again can cause problems with concentration, depression and anxitey

The mental health support kpop can provide is actually so underrated 🤷‍♂️

Like whenever I look for motivational playlist I mainly get gym bro & fight to the end kind of playlists from the west. Or western anxiety relief playlists are mainly super sad and dramatic songs (which is obviously not helping for me).

But there is something about some kpop songs that just soothingly picks you up, brushes the dirt from your face and makes you a warm drink.
