Edit July 28th, 2023: Now renamed to the progress trans flag!
I was originally trying to add some more stripes to the trans flag to better represent nonbinary people for my DIY pride pins.
For those who don't know, the white stripe on the trans pride flag is there to represent nonbinary people. Unfortunately, many people don't realize this, because it's such a neutral color it looks like it's just there to separate the top and bottom stripes.
Someday when Covid19 is no longer such a problem I'll give homemade pride pins away for free. Until then my collection will keep growing.
Edit September 19th, 2022: Switched around the placement of the black and purple stripes, so it's easier to see against dark backgrounds :)
Edit July 28th 2023: Added a regular six striped version.
[ID: Three pride flags. The first has eleven stripes of: purple, black, blue, pink, yellow, white, yellow, pink, blue, black, and purple. The second has seven horizontal stripes of: purple, black, pale yellow, white, pink, black, and blue. The third has six stripes of purple, black, blue, pink, yellow, and white. End ID.]
The first one is the trans pride flag + the colors of the nonbinary flag combined, so that it's symmetrical to go along with the trans pride flag's original purpose of being able to be flown any way, with no wrong way.
The second one is simplified, so that there are fewer stripes overall, so that it's easier for people (mainly me, I don't think many people are going to like this flag. Feel free to hit me with a dodgeball if this somehow becomes super popular) to create by hand with arts and crafts.
And the third is just the new colors, since I didn't color-pick straight from the nonbinary flag because the saturation/brightness levels weren't right, and I figured someone might like it.
You can use these pride flags for anything you'd use a pride flag for, no credit needed.
Please take this flag as a reminder to respect nonbinary people, of all kinds, and include is in your activism.
